While I have a sweet tooth, I have found ways to not only make sure I’m not stuffing my face with the synthetic, highly processed sweets of my youth, like these Snickers Bites. Made with dates and few other ingredients not only more than satisfy, but don’t spike glucose levels. Since they are void of those chemicals that are designed to make you crave MORE and MORE, you can enjoy one…maybe 2 and walk away completely satisfied.
Healthy “Girl Scout Samoas”
I don’t subscribe to the annual scurry to purchase as many boxes of girl scout cookies. I just know I can’t! Especially with the Samoas! But when I stumbled over a similar recipe I couldn’t help myself and had to try these.
