When it comes to our hormones, there are just too many chemicals, fragrances, and compounds that disrupt your endocrine system (hormones). These toxic ingredients are called Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs). These chemicals not only add inflammation in your gut and entire system, but often mimic hormones (such as estrogen) and thus create hormone imbalances and place an extra burden on your liver.
