Who is my IDEAL client?


I work with women who are currently struggling with:

  • irregular or painful cycles (intense PMS symptoms, extremes on either end of the spectrum in terms of length and flow, intense mood swings, anxiety, cravings, weight gain, brain fog, low libido, etc.)

  • navigating perimenopause (and want to ease into menopause gracefully over the next few years)

  • or who have been trying to conceive but are experiencing fertility challenges (which also includes recurrent miscarriages)

I also work with women who are interested in preconception preparation. This can be up to a year before you TRY to conceive.(with your first or fifth child - it all makes a difference in how well your body responds and the health of your future pregnancy and baby)

Navigating through these conditions and symptoms on your own is not something you should have to do. When you work with me you will feel heard and seen.

Work With Me

  • Functional Hormone Sessions

    After your Discovery Call you would start with your
    Initial Consult (90 Minutes) $225
    Included:
    ~Comprehensive Health Analysis
    ~Email and Portal communication between sessions

    Then you can schedule your
    Individual Sessions (60 minute) Sessions $150
    as needed
    (most clients will schedule anywhere from 3-8 sessions over a 2-4 month period)

    Other Services Provided as needed
    Functional Labs (DUTCH Test - with $100 off when you order as my client)
    Specialist Referrals

    I accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA
    (payment plans can be made on an individual basis)
